- Activities- dairy, goat and sheep rearing, carpet weaving, embroidery, kund based horticulture, agriculture, sanitation units, village infrastructure development etc
- Total amount sanctioned Rs. 586.57 lakhs and Rs. 228.84 lakhs are released to CIGs
- 758 buffaloes and 2201 goats purchased. Construction of 55 farm ponds, 12 drinking water sources, 30 kunds and 418 sanitation units completed. Training for carpet weaving, tailoring provided

- Initiated milk collection from villages of Rajgarh block which were not being covered by the District Co-operative Milk Union in 2002
- The milk collection from 90 villages in peak season was 10 thousand liters/day
- Program provided substantial income to the milk producers during 2 consecutive droughts
- Also provided cattle feed and veterinary services
- In 2004 BCT handed over this program to District Co-operative Milk Union
- Presently we are giving loans for the purchase of milch cattle through SHGs
